Returns & Refunds

At Make Room Furniture & Decor  we carefully source furniture and home products from a network of trusted suppliers to bring you quality pieces at competitive prices.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unassembled
  • Products must be in original packaging
  • All hardware, parts, and instructions must be included
  • The item must not show signs of wear or damage after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Assembled furniture
  • Used or damaged items after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Because products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Oversized furniture returns may be subject to restocking and return freight fees depending on the supplier.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
