Why did my order arrive separately?
Items may ship from different suppliers or warehouse locations, so separate deliveries are normal.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you.
Can I return assembled furniture?
No. Assembled or used furniture is not eligible for return.
Do furniture items require assembly?
Some products may require light or partial assembly. Instructions and hardware are included when applicable.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before processing begins.
